IKEA Parasol battery drainage “fix”

In this video it is discovered that there is too much noice in the buck converter of the device. and it somehow affects the microcontroller and in turn it does not go to sleep. and stays powered all the time. and uses too much power/battery.
It is concluded that a firmware fix is not able to fix this issue- but a board revision is needed.
